Daily Poll 435: Do you eat raw animal products?
There are those who advocate a raw vegan diet as the healthiest diet. That is of course wrong and so most people stick to a cooked omnivore diet. There is the carnivore diet and a portion of those who practice it go the raw route as well. I do cook all the meat I eat just not too much as I’ve always loved rare meat. I have started eating some of my eggs raw and I haven’t noticed too much of a difference. What about you? Don’t forget to vote on the poll and to comment below!
