Daily Poll 468: How do you feel about BMI?
BMI is the body mass index it’s a ratio of your height and weight that determines if your body weight or mass is healthy. It’s generally an accurate measurement but it can label some with high muscle mass as being overweight when they’re not. Fat activists use the pitfalls of BMI as supposed proof that morbid obesity can be healthy which is ridiculous. Simple, but those are my thoughts. What are yours?
