Daily Poll 506: Do you meal prep?
I got into cooking and fitness over the last year and those two hobbies lend themselves well to meal prep. Making and preparing your food beforehand is the only way to keep track of your food and to control what you eat. I meal prep fully cooked food for my job and portion out steak to cook over the week along with eggs. I have gotten into snacking on mozzarella cheese so I take a little under two pounds or so and cut it up to snack on. What about you? Don’t forget to vote on the poll and to comment below!
