Daily Poll 536: Do you go to restaurants?
I’m a loner who’s gotten really fired up about being healthy and so I don’t really eat out or go to restaurants unless it’s my family dragging me out for a special occasion. In the USA, the food supply is highly centralized and consists of hyper processed food that’s designed to be hyper palatable, addictive and nutrient deficient but highly caloric. Most restaurants are no exception to this and as such; I’ve resolved to avoid them as much as possible. What about you? Don’t forget to vote on the poll and to comment below!

I would say personally I do go out eating. There are a lot of restaurants where I live in my neighborhood; particularly wing dinners. I’ve decided to slow down on those places so that I can truly eat what is at home and what is healthy. Medications and pre diabetics is a factor, so I am cautious of what I will intake and how often!
