Daily Poll 660: Do you handle conflict well?
My commitment to my health has drastically improved my mental state and as such I’ve gotten so much better at dealing with negative stimuli and that includes conflict. I am of course far from perfect but living a lifestyle where I consistently practice mindfulness has allowed me to realize that most conflict is unimportant and will easily pass if you keep your cool.
