Daily Poll 673: What time of day do you exercise?
My time at the gym is now at the early morning and I do some cooldown mobility in the afternoon. Since I’ve been on the third shift for over two years now; It’s lead me to plan and to prefer doing things as early as possible and that includes exercise. What about you?
