Daily Poll 12: Are you interested the Steam Deck?
Valve is making a Nintendo Switch that plays PC games. It seems like a cool piece of hardware that starts shipping in February of 22. I’ve been PC gaming for nearly a decade and I do own a Switch that I use mostly in console mode. I would get the Steam Deck but I know I wouldn’t play it much it after the shiny new toy effect wears off. That is just me though what do you guys think?

I can respect the steamdeck for what it is especially if it happens to be a powerhouse, but I feel the same way you do I’ll probably barely play it after a week. not to mention I finally just got my pc from reduxpc doubt that steamdeck would get attention, but I am curious what made you get the switch? I only ask because I want one but can justify spending probably close to $600 bucks for an oled system plus game and accessories considering its subpar graphics and disgusting download speed.

I got the switch for the exclusives. I love a lot if Nintendo games. I did pay 5 bucks recently to reserve a steam deck if I can set aside the cash for it by February I’ll probably pick it up to check it out since it seems pretty cool to me
