Daily Poll 185: What’s your favorite kind of exercise?
I’ve been working out pretty consistently over a month and it’s been mostly weight training with some light cardio. I move and feel better and have more energy and it’s a great way to relieve stress. It is nice and beneficial to build muscle and lose fat especially when you’ve got fat to spare. That’s just my situation. What’s yours? Don’t forget to vote on the poll and to comment below!
