Daily Poll 438: How do you feel about saunas?
A sauna is a room made hot with steam. The stress and sweating your body undergoes from being in a sauna is supposed to benefit your health. My local gym has a sauna and it’s pretty low tier but the one time I went in I did feel refreshed on my way out. I’m pretty neutral on saunas for now but I do want to spend more time in the one at my gym and maybe I’ll make my own if my ship ever comes in. What about you guys?
