Daily Poll 505: Do you track calories?
I’ve gotten really into the fitness scene over the past year and getting into that realm comes with calorie tracking. It’s impossible to accurately track your exact caloric intake and the more sustainable thing to do is to focus on eating whole foods in reasonable portions. I do think it’s a useful to do as long as you’re not in the realm of disordered eating which is an easy rabbit hole to fall into unfortunately. I will track for a while since my lifestyle is compatible with it mostly for now. What about you? Don’t forget to vote on the poll and to comment below!
