It’s more important to eat whole foods, organic vegetables and grass fed beef, chicken, ect. Eliminate sugar and carbs. On my fitness journey I lost 54lbs just eating correctly with no exercise. I’m now doing a calisthenics program from Cali-move which imo is one of the best calisthenics programs you can find.

I don’t eat in the morning. Just a bottle of water. 1pm is my first meal then 5pm light snack and then 8pm is the final time I eat. I don’t eat again until 1pm the following day (Intermittent fasting) which is a 17 hour window without eating. This allows the body to burn more calories while you sleep and a timed structured approach teaches discipline. I’m a creature of habit and eat the same thing everyday. The only things I switch up is the meat. I have 2 grass fed hamburgers or chicken breasts or salmon or steak.
