Daily Poll 553: Do you drink kombucha?
Kombucha is fermented and it’s been around for quite a while. It’s latched one with the hippie crowd the most I would say. The health benefits of kombucha are merely ones that are touted and not actual from the research that I’ve done. I don’t drink kombucha but I do drink kefir which is fermented milk so I’m all for consuming fermented foods. Those are just my thoughts. What are yours?
