Daily Poll 584: Do you prefer plant or animal based protein powders?
I’ve stated before that I have basically become a gym bro and being a gym bro comes with prioritizing protein intake. I got into protein powder this year and I started with a plant based one until I found a clean whey powder that’s grass fed and mixed with cacao and coconut sugar. I do follow an animal based diet and I find that’s what made me the healthiest and that includes my protein shakes since I mix it with whole milk and kefir. What do you think?
