Daily Poll 604: Do microplastics concern you?
Our modern consumerist lifestyle is fueled by plastics. From bags, to bottles and all the crap you buy being packaged in plastic, it’s everywhere. These plastics never truly decompose as they break down into microplastics. These microplastics have infested our water supply, our soil and even our bodies. How this will exactly affect the health of humans and the environment remains to be seen but I doubt it will be positive and I’m sure there will be negative health outcomes associated with microplastics.
