Daily Poll 618: Do you use condiments?
My never ending quest of eating clean has made me eliminate most condiments from my diet. Most of them are loaded with refined sugars and artificial additives to either keep them shelf stable or to make them addictive. I have gotten some condiments from primal kitchen but these days I find the need to flavor my food has decreased since I’ve been eating mostly high quality meat and eggs. What do you think?
