Daily Poll 633: Do you track your steps?
Something that a lot of fitness minded people do, is to track their steps and to prioritize hitting a certain amount of steps a day. My phone does track my steps and since I do walk a lot at work, It does feel nice to see a big number of steps on my workdays. I do want to get a fitbit so I can get more into tracking my steps and other health stats. What about you? Don’t forget to vote on the poll and to comment below!
