Daily Poll 653: Do you handle jet lag well?
I will be in a different timezone for a week of my life and as such; I will have to deal with jet lag. It’s been years since I’ve dealt with jet lag and so it’ll be interesting to find out how I deal with it. I do have an odd sleep schedule since I work the third shift so I anticipate it won’t be the worst adjustment for me to make. What about you? Don’t forget to vote on the poll and to comment below!
