Daily Poll 667: What do you think of statins?
The standard American diet and lifestyle will leave you prone to a whole host of health issues. One of those issues is high cholesterol and instead of encouraging a change in diet and lifestyle habits the solution is a pill from your friends at big pharma. Statins are these pills and they do help lower LDL levels they can also have bad side effects in the long term. I’m going to keep my cholesterol levels on point by living healthy and eating clean.
