Daily Poll 684: What do you think of cheat meals?
Since I’ve prioritized eating clean; I’ve been able to stick to it pretty well. I have had some things that aren’t the most clean but over 90 percent of the time I’m eating the way I want to be. When people diet they use cheat meals to keep them on track while engaging in a diet that’s usually overly restrictive and completely void of flavor. I personally think healthy eating can taste wonderful but that’s just me. What about you? Don’t forget to vote on the poll and to comment below!
