Daily Poll 693: What’s more important to you, a morning or evening routine?
I think a good day means you need to have a good morning and evening routine. Since I’ve changed my work schedule I’ve been able to get a bit better with a good morning and evening routine and that allows me to do more in the day and to sleep better when I execute on my evening routine properly.
