My childhood was during the PS3, 360 era so I’m biased to that.

I grew up on the Atari 2600 then NES.

But I have to say that the Genesis was a great machine and had the EA NHL and NFL games that were great to play with in multiplayer.

Original NES thru PlayStation 2 was the golden age of console gaming IMO, you ever play RPGs like Final Fantasy or Dragon Warrior on NES?

NES was the bomb. I still get the warm fuzzies when I remember going to the video store to rent the games. Nothing better than playing a new MegaMan game all weekend.

I never got to play them. I always wanted to play Metal Gear and a few others.

I recall reading Nintendo Power magazine and day dream about playing all them games my parents couldn’t afford to buy.

I did get to play ET on the Atari. It’s as confusing to a 6 year as all the pronouns is to a 50 year old.

LOL ET is supposedly the worst game ever made

Emulators are awesome for trying old stuff, way less expensive then getting the retro stuff.

PS2 and PS3 were what I grew up with.

I’m sure we’re all a little biased based on our age but Classic Nintendo will always have my heart. So many fun games that did not rely on graphics to entertain.
