Daily Poll 719: Do you care about having a work-life balance?
In the modern working word the term work-life balance gets thrown around a lot. The ability to have a job with enough pay and benefits to be comfortable with enough time left in your workdays and days off to be able to engage with your hobbies, friends and families. That’s the basic idea and of course some people will claim that this can only be achieved if work is 0 hours a week and others are perfectly content to make work their life. I fall somewhere in between but I do want to work a lot it’s just that running a publishing house this early on in its life isn’t profitable and that’s the only thing I’d be willing to work at 80-100 hours a week consistently.
