Daily Poll 721: Do you eat more on Thanksgiving than you usually do?
It’s Turkey day everyone and so if you hail from the USA you’ve got a long weekend and maybe some long travel plans. Most holidays are centered around food and Thanksgiving is especially. Those who want to maintain a controlled diet find it hard to do so around this time of year and it starts with pigging out at Thanksgiving until January when we all pretend to get our lives on track with resolutions. This is the first Thanksgiving where I’m really committed to eating clean so I’m certain I’ll keep myself under control and I’ll only have my protein shake before the big dinner to keep my total caloric intake for the day on point.
