Daily Poll 817: Do you use Instagram?
When Facebook starting going down the tubes as a site only for old people; Mark Zuckerberg bought the app that the young people were obsessed with: Instagram. Instagram is popular with the youth, especially teen girls as it lets them share pictures with friends and stay in the loop on the current gossip. The algorithm is also detrimental for mental health as developing minds and mental health among the demographic that uses Instagram the most, young girls and women has tanked. Add on the rampant censorship and it’s a platform I don’t use much at all and I don’t feel any encouragement to do so. What about you? Don’t forget to vote on the poll and to comment below!
