Hey, I am new here and I just wanted to ask if it’s still possible to redeem the Creators Edition. I can’t find it on Rippaverse.com or maybe I am just overlooking it.

My shipment of the ISOM creators edition cover just arrived and unfortunately, it’s damaged. The book is massively bend, the corners are damaged and the cover is scratched. I already tried to open a ticket, but I always get an error message and the Ticket/Conversation page does not exist. Maybe someone can help me here to get a replacement. My order is #105702.

By the way, there seems to be a general problem with your support form. I tried four different browser, PC, Mac, iPhone, Android, but I always get an error message.
