When a God oversteps his bounds it’s the duty of the devil to put him in his place.
-
Right. Not many people see it that way though. The world needs people willing to rebel against bad laws/rules. Girls love bad boys, evolutionarily there could be something to that.

He didn’t make them see the “truth”. He lied to them. They already knew what the truth was. God did not withhold any truth from them.
-
Wasn’t it the tree of good and evil? Eat it and know what God knows. Adam and Eve were ignorant.

in the context of the Christian theology satan (which means adversary in Hebrew) is simply the personification of evil, which would be the direct adversary good
and since god is considered to be perfect goodness it wouldn’t be logically sound
however, there is an opposite view from the pagans who where conquered and forcibly converted the snake represented knowledge in the old religions of the area
and the Christians being represented by god, destroyed the knowledge of the old ways
-
Interesting. Thanks for that. I must be part Pagan then, I see him as a good guy.

Deceiver if twisting the truth and Informer if showing the truth.

Lucifer was attempting to usurp authority from Yahweh. Overthrow Him and take over management of the kingdom. Additionally, Lucifer is waging war against God’s creations, with the human race being his number one target. Why, out of spite and to grieve Yahweh.
So, negative. Lucifer is not good guy. Nor is he a libertarian.

Anarchist is super close to antichrist. All the powers at be won’t give up without a massive propaganda fight against total freedom. I’m saying Lucifer is getting the same treatment. But if he wants to be worshipped and isn’t libertarian then it wouldn’t make sense ya.

Perhaps not libertarian but more anarchist, definitely renegade. Definitely defiant of authority.
I for one have never seen the pursuit of knowledge and truth to be a bad thing.
His title of “deceiver” seems more of a detraction than anything else; propaganda even, lol

That is the possible view I am giving out. Read revelation with an open mind and see if Satan and the crew are good guys, while the Jesus is an imposter only same in name to the original.
