So I got in touch with Sheepsidian via the Chat feature on the bottom right of this site, and he told me that the only option to change your tier is to reach out to them (you can use the same Chat on the bottom right that I used). Unfortunately, they are only able to cancel your membership, and then after it’s been cancelled, he said I will need to re-join at a lower tier. It’s kind of a weird/half-baked process, but that’s the only option for now. Before I have him cancel my membership though, I asked if that means all of my messages on this board will disappear and if I’ll still be able to re-register using my same username. I also asked if I qualify for a free book or some merch based on having been an Ultra Mack since May. I’ll let ya’ll know what he says when I hear back.

I just emailed [email protected] asking how I can change tiers. I would like to purchase some campaign merch on the rippaverse website but as long as I’m getting charged on this site at the Ultra Mack level, I can’t afford it.. I’m kinda shocked there’s no way to change tiers… I hope I don’t have to contact my bank to block recurring charges, and also I’m hoping I don’t miss out on any perks. I’ll keep you updated on what I hear..
