I find that if I have a goal, I have no problem saving but if I don’t I blow cash like a drunken sailor LOL. So I have had to make plans not budgets but definitely plans.

I am, for lack of a better term, Nordic Pagan. Astrology and star charts play a huge role through out the history of man kind and in all cultures. If gravity effects people from the moon (more births on full moons) then certainly other alignments could have an effect. The biggest 2 problems with the modern practice: 1) most people don’t know that the current commercially used version is out of date by several hundred years and doesn’t include the new alignments 2) having a full star-chart done (with modern alignments) takes finding a reputable astrologer who isn’t a fucking grifter and good luck with that LOL.

I grew up in proud yankee country, just north of Gettysburg 2 hrs. Of course I got all the indoctrination and even to this day I cringe when I see one. I don’t hate on it anymore but because of the people in my past I associate with it as a symbol, I consider it to be in poor taste. I have come to the conclusion as I have gotten older that flags are all a problem. The represent our tribal nature and the warfare that come from it.

Never really been the big social event type. Unless it’s a concert and there were lots of drugs and booze LOL. Since I quit doing all that shit, including drinking this last year, I just don’t have the desire to go to events. And being in the enemy territory nothing has really been active the last 2 years until recently.

I believe it was the greatest philosophical work of the America Culture. While the implantations and functions are what most people focus on, I prefer to examine from what they where trying to say about the inherent nature of rights and how one should structure cooperation amongst a large group of free people.

I think the question in it’s self is the purpose of art. The desire to express thoughts and emotions that words alone do not convey. I believe you will have both sides of most issues explored in detail. What boils down to an essence and comes out the other side will be different then the things that came before in their form but the archetypal questions (to kill/not to kill) a hero must ask himself will be ever present.

Pandahulk nailed, it really depends on how your criteria for best is defined.
I personally love chicken, most seafood and pork. I do like some wild game meat (as long as they live in the right area, what they eat effects the flavor of the meat) and wild caught fish. Turkey is amazing when caught wild. But if I had to choose one meat it would be pork, you can do so much with it and it doesn’t have nearly the nitrates that beef does.

I believe the push to commercialize birthing has a part to play in this, being that it’s more convenient and easier to use formula. You also have the ingredient concern which you mention.

as we talked about on our show I think just the exposing of the truth of Twitters bias and Elon’s cultural shift to the freedom side has more of an impact than twitter itself can provide
however, if proven true (the fraud in the bots) Elon could get Twitter for a quarter of the price and I think that would be the ultimate troll

As we talked about on Humpday Potpourri, I use to coach football. I believe sports are essential for youth. (k-6) After that it’s really more who has the love for it. As you mentioned, we have always played sports, especially men. I think this goes back to the hunter mentality and the need to hone physical skills in order to survive. So I would argue it is integral to our growth into adulthood to compete, physically, with others.

yeah the blog style is really old school makes hard on engagement
if it was more like a chronological list in each forum (like discord) it might drive more engagement especially in app form

yeah, daily anything can run short on content
and thanks!

indeed, the obsession over something that was normal just a decades ago is weird
