I didn’t even know they where going on until I heard about the slap LOL. I grew up in the 90s and every film start I enjoyed growing basically turned out to be a total piece of shit so I kinda gave up on movies. I use to hang with theater folks all the time and attempted writing a few movies when I was younger.

Sci-Fi has always been one of my favorite genres. I was a little bit of Treky growing up (no conventions just a hardcore fan). Really love the Predator and Alien franchises (P1 and P2, Alien and Aliens). I even read the Darkhorse Predator novels. A more recent one is Stargate and all it’s spin offs. And the first season of Altered Carbon on Netflix was dope.

the one I thought was best (in movie and tv shows) was Fringe. If you have never seen it definitely check it out. It starts ultra strong then goes limp in the middle some where (that’s what she said LOL) but finishes strong. I don’t remember hating the ending.

never been into doing the mods but playing them is AWESOME, Sid Meier’s Civilization (all) has some really great ones

IP is a interesting concept, Ultimately I don’t have moral qualms with ripping for personal use after all my personal philosophy is why pay for what you can get for free, but to resell and profit off of well that doesn’t quit sit right does it? anyway it’s certainly an interesting philosophical debate especially between Minarchists and Ancaps

it’s hilarious to me that lefts took over metal, so fucking weird having grown up in the 90’s. All of them flipped. No drummer here and the last time I played an instrument it was marching band LOL
